KBT operates under a Swiss utility token model in alignment with FINMA guidelines. It is designed purely for platform access and participation. No profit-sharing. No equity or financial claims. No speculative guarantees. KBT is a utility token, not a security. It offers no investment returns and is not marketed as a financial product.
Its utility is not yet active. Its price can fall sharply or go to zero, and the company does not intervene in the market. An advisory vote, if it comes, gives an opinion, not a right of control over the company. Holding, buying or selling KBT may be restricted where you live: it is your responsibility to check. Equity in Black Octopus SA is a separate matter, discussed directly with investors.
