Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy covers the three places where KinkyBunny meets you: this website (kinkybunny.com), the app (app.kinkybunny.com) and Zaia, our conversational discovery agent (app.kinkybunny.com/zaia and kinkybunny.app/Zaia). We wrote it to describe what actually happens, not what could happen.
1. Who is responsible
Black Octopus SA, Zug, Switzerland, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@kinkybunny.com.
We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. When you visit this website
- No account, no cookies. This website sets no cookies and asks you for nothing.
- Anonymous audience measurement. We use Umami to count visits and see which pages are read. Umami does not set cookies and, according to its provider, does not store IP addresses or identify individual visitors. We see totals, not people.
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the service.
- Fonts and images are served from our own host. Your browser does not contact a font or image provider when you read this site.
3. When you use the app
Browsing. You can browse the app without an account. The app sets no cookies of its own; it uses your browser’s local storage, on your device, to remember: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, your answer to the cookie notice, the profiles you viewed or whose links you clicked (so that the same visit is not counted twice within 24 hours), the last profiles you viewed, and your favourites. This stays on your device, with one exception: if you then create a fan account, your favourites are moved into your account.
Searches, views and clicks. We record search terms (the words and tags you search for) without linking them to you, and we count profile views and clicks on official links, to understand what visitors look for. Your search terms also appear in the page address, which our audience measurement (Umami) records with each page view.
Fonts. The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page opens.
Accounts. If you create an account, we process your email address and password through our authentication provider. Your session is kept in your browser.
- Creators may add a name or pseudonym, a username, photos, a biography, tags, gender and content types, links to their platform profiles and social accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Linktree or AllMyLinks) and, if they choose, contact details such as a Telegram handle, a WhatsApp, Viber or phone number. What a creator publishes on her profile is public.
- Fans may add a username, gender, follows and favourites, and optional preferences (such as favourite tags, what they are looking for and content preferences). These preferences can reveal something about your intimate life: they are optional, used only to personalise your experience, never shown publicly and never sold.
Creator applications. If you apply to join as a creator, we keep your application: your full name, email, the platforms you list, and the contact details you give (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, phone or other).
Profiles created from public information. Some creator profiles were created by our team from publicly available information (a name, a photo, a link to an official platform page). If you are one of these creators, you can claim your profile, correct it or have it removed at any time: write to info@kinkybunny.com with the link to the profile.
Verification. When a creator claims a profile, we process the email address used and a verification code, to prove that she controls her official account.
Messages. If you write to us through the app’s contact form, we keep your name, email and message to answer you.
Emails. We send emails linked to the service. Account emails, such as sign-in or claim links, are sent by our authentication provider; some notices, such as “your profile is under review”, are sent through Resend.
4. When you talk to Zaia
What you type to Zaia is sent to our server function, which asks an AI model, Claude by Anthropic, to understand your request, then looks up matching profiles. We do not store your conversations. To protect the service from abuse, your IP address is kept in the server’s memory to limit the number of requests. It is never written to a database, and it disappears when the server instance stops, which happens regularly. Our hosting provider may also keep short technical logs.
The historical Zaia page at kinkybunny.app/Zaia is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and uses the same function. It still sets two technical cookies left over from its previous version (a random visitor identifier and a session identifier, for 20 minutes); nothing reads them. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Font Awesome, which receive your IP address when the page opens.
Please do not share personal information with Zaia that you would not want processed by an AI provider.
5. Who processes your data for us
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We work with these providers, each only for what it does:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting of the website and the app | United States, global network |
| Supabase | Database, accounts, account emails and server functions | European Union (Frankfurt) |
| Anthropic | The AI model behind Zaia | United States |
| Resend | Some service notices by email | United States |
| Umami | Anonymous audience measurement | United States and European Union |
| Infomaniak | Hosting of the historical Zaia page | Switzerland |
| Google Fonts | Fonts of the app and of the historical Zaia page | United States |
| Font Awesome | Icons of the historical Zaia page | Provider’s network |
Some providers are outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. These providers offer data processing terms that include safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
We may disclose data if the law requires it.
6. Why we process it
- To run the website, the app and Zaia, and to keep them secure (our legitimate interest, and the performance of our service when you have an account).
- To show creator profiles, and to let creators claim, verify and manage them.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the service is used, so we can improve it.
- To answer your messages.
- Fan preferences: only with your consent, which you give by filling them in and can withdraw by deleting them or your account.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and profile data for as long as the account or the profile exists. We keep messages for as long as needed to answer them. When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@kinkybunny.com. We answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.
9. Adults only
KinkyBunny is for adults. We do not knowingly process data about anyone under 18. If you believe a minor appears on the service, write to us: it comes first.
10. Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
