Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website (kinkybunny.com), the KinkyBunny app (app.kinkybunny.com) and Zaia, our conversational discovery agent (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Black Octopus SA, a company incorporated under Swiss law with its registered office in Zug, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

1. Adults only

The Service is for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, and that you are allowed to access adult-oriented services in your country. We may ask for proof of age and close access if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

2. What KinkyBunny is

KinkyBunny is a platform for adult creators and the fans who look for them. Today, it lets you:

• discover creators active on other platforms (OnlyFans, MYM, Fansly) and creators who offer direct contact;
• ask Zaia, in a sentence, to suggest creators who match what you are looking for;
• as a creator, claim and manage your profile.

We do not host adult content. Content, payments and conversations between fans and creators take place on third-party platforms, under their own terms. We are not a party to them and are not responsible for them.

Features described on this website as “next” or “what we’re building” do not exist yet. Nothing in these terms promises that they will be built, or when.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password safe. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

4. Creator profiles

Profiles created from public information. Some profiles were created by our team from publicly available information, so that discovery does not start empty. If you are the creator concerned, you can claim the profile, correct it or have it removed at any time, by writing to info@kinkybunny.com with the link to the profile.

Claiming and verification. To claim a profile or obtain the verified badge, you prove that you control the official account linked to it, for example by placing a code we give you in the bio of that account. A badge means that this proof was made. It is not an endorsement of the creator or of her content. We may withdraw a badge if the proof no longer holds.

Your responsibilities as a creator. Everything on your profile must be accurate, lawful and yours: your photos, your links, your accounts and your contact details. No images of minors, ever. No illegal services. You grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to display what you publish on your profile, only to operate the Service. You can end it by deleting your profile.

5. Zaia

Zaia is an AI agent. She suggests creators from those listed on KinkyBunny; she does not invent profiles. She can still misunderstand a request or make a mistake. Do not rely on her for anything important, and do not share with her personal information you would not want processed by an AI provider (see our Privacy Policy).

6. What you must not do

• give false information, or pretend to be someone else;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• copy or extract data from the Service at scale, without our written permission;
• try to bypass our security or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service for anything illegal.

7. Reporting

If a profile involves a minor, a person who did not consent, an impersonation or anything illegal, write to info@kinkybunny.com with the link. We review every report, and anything involving a minor comes first.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service links to other platforms. We do not control them, and visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. KBT

KBT, the KinkyBunny token, is not required to use the Service: everything essential works without it, and it only adds optional extras. Its nature and its limits are described in our Disclaimer and in the whitepaper.

10. Our responsibility

The Service is provided as it is and as available, free of charge, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to CHF 100. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new version.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Zug, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
